Pangihutan Hutauruk is one of the founders and partners in the HMRP. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from “Catholic Parahyangan University”. He is a licensed advocate and registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is also a licensed custom & excise attorney registered by Indonesian Tax Court. Additionally, Hutauruk is a member of Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (IKAPI) and also a licensed receiver & administrator for bankruptcy registered by Ministry of Law and Human Right of Indonesia.

He started his advocate experience in a boutique law office in Jakarta, where he focusses on a wide range of general corporate/commercial as well as criminal and civil litigation.

Moreover, for more than 5 years, he involved in the various settlement of cases in labors and industrial relations field, forex & commodity market field against one of the big three’s futures broker in Indonesia, insurance field against one of the largest Insurance Company in Indonesia, and intellectual property rights between the founders of a well-known food (chips) local product in Bandung, Indonesia.

Currently, he is actively providing legal advice to Clients in the field of Criminal Law and/or Civil Law, Communication, Information, and Technology, and P2P lending. He also has experience in advising Clients to establish a company in Indonesia, assisting  Clients to obtain company business licenses, and assisting Clients to register and obtain copyrights, trademarks for clients business.
