Dicky Mirdiyan is one of the founders and partners in the HMRP. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from “Catholic Parahyangan University” and his Master's Degree in International Maritime Law from "Swansea University" in the United Kingdom. He is a licensed advocate and registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Dicky has represented the clients on various corporate transactions and litigation cases in Indonesia. He also has been exposed to handling projects and infrastructures related to legal analysis for water utility companies. Afterward, when Dicky worked for various law firms in Jakarta, he has successfully assisted the Clients on general corporate, foreign investment practice, employment, Power, mining, construction, project finance, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Indonesia. He also has experience in handling bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment and tax advisory.

Additionally, he is also a registered Tax Attorney in the Indonesian Tax Court.

He speaks Bahasa and English.
