HMRP advises Malaysian Private Equity Company on their first Investment in Indonesia
HMRP Attorney at Law ("HMRP") has successfully advised Malaysian Private Equity Company ("the Investor"), on their first investment in Indonesia in the form of offshore financing. This investment is closed for a consideration of approximately USD 4 million satisfied through the financing scheme adapting sharia principles to fund the housing development projects in West Java carried out by private domestic developing company.
For this complex cross-border transaction, HMRP team was led by our Managing Partner Dicky Mirdiyan. Dicky was supported by Partner Mochamad Roem Gatot Praditya for sharia financing advisory, Partner Pangihutan Hutauruk for Legal Due Diligence (LDD), and also Associate M.
