The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia Decision Number 23/PUU XIX/2021 dated 15 December 2021 is a new breakthrough in the law of Bankruptcy & Suspension Of Debt Obligation proceeding. Currently, the creditor(s) and/or the debtor is allowed to file a legal remedy in the form of cassation against PKPU decision submitted by the creditor(s) and reconciliation plan proposed by the debtor is rejected by the creditor(s).
